Celebrated-chef Lenny Russo has taking over the reins as director of all food and beverage operations at Nine Twenty-Five. The departure of Ryan Lund, the chef who opened Nine Twenty-Five last summer, moved to North Carolina in December to open up his own restaurant, made way for Chef Lenny Russo to take over this popular eatery for condominiums in wayzata mn residents.

This isn’t the first time Chef Russo has been in charge. He formally served as executive chef at W.A. Frost in St. Paul, and chef and owner of Heartland Restaurant and Wine Bar also in St. Paul. He also did consulting work for The Commodore bar & Restaurant in St. Paul’s Cathedral Hill. Chef Russo has been nominated for the James Beard award Best Chef: Midwest six times. In his role as food and beverage operations director, Chef Russo will oversee events and weddings, in-room dining and both back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house operations.
