JMS Custom Homes and Studio M’s kitchen and bath designer, Claire Teunissen, teamed up to help bring luxurious quality and appeal to Meyer Place. While JMS Custom Homes picked out the finishes, tile, hardware and lighting for the interior design, Claire helped designed cabinetry for rooms in the condos including the kitchen, owner’s bath, powder bath, and laundry room.

The 22-unit condo has a total of 10 different kitchen layout designs. Each kitchen has an island, plenty of storage, sleek open shelving, and convenient appliance garage cabinetry to tuck your appliances away behind closed doors. There is also a custom wood range in the kitchen that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. For the kitchen cabinetry design, Claire applied the kitchen work triangle principle to design an efficient and functional kitchen. This design principle allowed for synergy to be produced between the sink, refrigerator, and range to create a more cohesive space. This in turn will make it easier for residents to move better between kitchen tasks.

You will find a total of seven different owner’s bathroom layouts at Meyer Place. The bathroom features stylish wall-length vanities and double sink bathroom vanities that double the convenience in this space and adds storage. The powder room vanity also allows residents to optimize space with the cabinet drawers and doors.
